Materials

Merino wool

Merino wool comes from merino sheep and is generally known for its high quality. Merino sheep have many more hairs than other sheep. Approximately ten times as many hairs grow per square meter as in an average sheep. This makes the wool thinner and longer, feels very soft and does not itch. Merino sheep live in areas with large temperature fluctuations from -20 ºC to over 35 ºC . Their fur has a heat-regulating effect. This means that merino wool keeps you warm in the cold, but breathes well. In addition, merino wool has an excellent moisture-regulating and self-cleaning effect, so you will not easily suffer from perspiration stains and odors on your clothing.

Polyamide

Polyamide, also called nylon, is a synthetic material made from petroleum. Polyamide is a strong fabric that does not tear or wrinkle easily. It is light, elastic, easy to fold and dries quickly. A disadvantage of polyamide is that it does not absorb moisture well.

Elastane

Elastane is a synthetic fiber that is exceptionally elastic. Its great stretch, but at the same time its strength, distinguishes it from other synthetic fabrics. For example, it is stronger and more durable than rubber, but also much lighter. Elastane is very lightweight and is therefore very suitable when doing activities.
