Exchange & Return

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receiving it(= actual delivery date carrier) without giving any reason. After the cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. Please note: this is only a guideline that we interpret flexibly. Your return will also be accepted in the event of delays. The enclosed return form indicates how you can return the order.

If your return has been processed by us, the full order amount including shipping costs will be credited. The costs for the return are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return.

If you want to exchange a product for a different size or an alternative of the product, we ask you to send an email stating your order number. We do not charge delivery costs for the delivery of a different size or color.

Exceptions right of withdrawal

  • For sealed products. When the seal is broken, these products are not returnable.
  • Products created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
  • Products that are clearly personal in nature;
  • Products that cannot be returned due to their nature;
  • Products that can spoil or age quickly;
  • Products of which the price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence

With this form you can register a product for return up to 14 days after receipt. A return can also be registered by e-mail.


We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by e-mail. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
