Shipping and delivery
Shipping
The shipping costs for orders abroad are at least € 5.95 and depend on the country to which the order has to be sent. The correct shipping costs will be indicated in the shopping cart after you have entered your address details. We bear the risk of damage or loss of your package during shipment.
We work together with DHL, DPD and PostNL (which is a dutch postal company). Depending on the shipping address, we choose the best option. Ofcourse we also keep the method you choose in mind.
Free shipping
For several countries, we offer free shipping, starting from a minimum order amount. This applies to most countries in Europe. A few countries are shown as examples in the overview below.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be indicated in the shopping cart after you enter your address details. Free shipping is not available for shipments to countries outside of Europe.
Fast delivery: ordered today before 5 p.m., shipped today
Delivery time
The delivery time is indicated with the product. Products that are stated to be shipped today are directly in stock. Products for which more working days are stated as delivery time, are on order with our supplier and will be sent to you as soon as possible. If an ordered item is not immediately available from stock, we will inform you as soon as possible about the expected delivery time. If a product is no longer available, we will look for a good alternative. Of course you can always cancel free of charge if you wish.
If you order Tuesday to Friday before 5 p.m., your order (if in stock) will be shipped the same day. Orders within the Netherlands are then usually delivered the next day. Shipments abroad take more time, most of the time it will be about 2 to 4 days with some countries like the United States being a exception.
If you order on Monday, Saturday and Sunday, your order (if in stock) will be shipped on the next business day.
Be aware! There is currently a huge demand for hiking boots worldwide. As a result, the brands struggle to keep up with production for this high demand. We have many shoes in stock, but it is possible that the actual delivery time differs from the delivery time stated with the product. (except for the shoes that say they can be shipped the same day). Please contact us about current delivery times.
