Payment
You can pay in cash and with a debit card in the shop. On the website you can pay with iDEAL, credit card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, Bancontact/Mister Cash, SofortBanking and Klarna. You can also choose to transfer the amount via bank transfer. It is also possible to pay with a VVV Gift Card , also online. For a VVV Gift Card, you can use a maximum of €50 per transaction.
If you live in a radius of approximately 20 km around Alblasserdam, we can often deliver your order the same day and you can pay cash on delivery. Then choose the payment options to transfer the amount and indicate in the comments that you would like to use this.
Bank transfer
If you choose to pay by bank transfer in our webshop, you will receive a message from our payment provider Sisow with a bank account number to which you must pay the amount. Then you can pay for your order yourself via bank transfer. Your order will be shipped as soon as payment has been received.
iDEAL, Bancontact & SOFORT Banking
These are three payment methods that make it possible to transfer the amount of money directly via internet banking. iDEAL is the most used payment method in the Netherlands. You can transfer the amount of money easily and quickly via your trusted internet banking environment. Bancontact can be seen as the Belgian counterpart of iDEAL. SOFORT Banking is available in several countries, including the Netherlands and Belgium, and is especially popular in Germany.
Credit card
Credit card is one of the most popular payment methods worldwide. Because purchases are insured, payment by credit card is one of the safest options. We accept the two most commonly used credit cards, MasterCard and Visa.
Klarna
With most payment options you pay in advance. Do you prefer to pay afterwards? Then choose to pay with Klarna . After your order you will receive an invoice by e-mail. You can then pay this to Klarna within fourteen days after shipment.
PayPal
You can best think of PayPal as a digital wallet. You put a credit on your PayPal account, with which you can pay securely online, without having to provide your bank or credit card details.
Service and warranty
We have deliberately built up our range with the most high-quality brands. In the unlikely event that something is not right with the product you purchased from us, you can return it (see returns ) or return it to us.
Because such high demands are placed on the products we supply, we are also very accommodating in solving any errors. You are entitled to this for the first two years, after which we would like to see what we can do for you.
