Vaude Shoe Cover Wet Light III

The Shoecover Wet Light III is a waterproof, windproof and breathable overshoe from the German brand Vaude. The shoe cover is very lightweight and has a small pack size. It is made of water-repellent primary material that is excellent as weather protection. The overshoe fits well thanks to Velcro closures.

Green Shape

The Green Shape label indicates that products with this label consist of environmentally friendly materials that have been processed in an energy-saving manner thanks to the bluesign® system, without any questionable substances. The label stands for products that are functional, produced in an environmentally and socially friendly way and made from sustainable materials. The products use climate-friendly alternatives to petroleum, such as hemp, organic cotton and bio-plastics.

Blue Sign

The BlueSign label indicates that no harmful substances have been used in the production process. Companies with a BlueSign label are obliged to draw up a sustainability plan that pays attention to water consumption, energy consumption and waste management. BlueSign also has guidelines for safe and healthy working conditions, but this is not specifically checked.

Eco Finish

This shoe cover is produced without the use of environmentally polluting fluorocarbons (PFCs). The use of PFCs in the textile finish ensures that clothing becomes water, dirt and grease repellent. An alternative finish without the use of PFCs has been used in this backpack. This makes the product water and dirt repellent. Only an oil repellent effect cannot currently be achieved with a PFC-free finish.
