FjallRaven Karla Pro Trousers women's trousers

The Karla Pro is good to use during autumn and other rainy weather. Because the material is waterproof, the trousers do not get wet, which prevents legs from sticking and catching the cold during rain showers. The G-1000 Silent material of which the trousers consist is very soft, provides more freedom of movement and is less strong than the other G-1000 materials. However, it does prevent rustling and is therefore very suitable for game management activities.

The pants have a normal waist and are a regular fit, the legs are not finished and can be ideally adjusted to the desired length. The legs are also close-fitting and the knees are preformed. The back of the pants has a raised waist, which makes the pants comfortable to wear even when wearing a backpack.

G-1000 material

G-1000 is a fabric developed by FjällRäven itself. It's a classic that allows you to brave different activities and climates all year round, from the tropics to the polar regions. The fabric consists of 65% polyester and 35% cotton that are tightly woven together. This fabric was then treated with Greenland Wax. This combination makes G-1000 a popular outdoor fabric and has a number of practical properties:

• Durable: G-1000 fabric from FjällRäven is very hard-wearing and therefore long-lasting. In addition, it is lightweight.

• Water repellent: Thanks to the Greenland Wax, clothing with G-1000 can withstand short rain showers or moisture. In addition, it dries quickly.

• Windproof: FjällRäven clothing with G-1000 is almost completely windproof. If you still impregnate it with Greenland Wax, you are completely protected against wind.

• Breathability: An important property of G-1000 is high breathability. This means that your body stays nice and dry, even during strenuous activities.

• UV protection: Thanks to G-1000 you are almost completely protected against the sun's rays, reducing the risk of sunburn.

• Mosquito-proof: The tightly woven fabrics keep mosquitoes and other flying insects away. Ideal if you are in the mountains, the forest or in a warm climate. Note: G-1000 Lite is not mosquito proof.
