The Leki Spin Nordic Walking poles are ideal for all terrains. This is partly due to the tip of the walking sticks, which is made of carbide. The Nordic walking poles contain the Super Lock System, which makes the poles adjustable from 100 centimeters to 130 centimeters. The sticks can be folded to a length of 97 centimeters. The material of the sticks consists of aluminum (HTS 5.5). The weight of the sticks is 210 grams per stick.
