The Aeros Pillow is a very comfortable pillow thanks to its shape and thickness. The shape remains pleasant and supportive, whatever position you sleep in. The wide, thick sides give the neck even more support than a normal pillow. The narrow, thinner part in the middle prevents your head from being pushed forward when sitting up.

Using the valve consists of two steps. To harden the cushion, blow into the first opening until the cushion is completely hard. You can then adjust the hardness of the cushion by pressing in this same valve hole.
If you want to deflate the pillow, open both flaps.
